Acne is not caused by skin issues?!

Acne is a painful and frustrating condition. Many people suffer from this problem worldwide.

Do’s

 Moisturize your skin with a good moisturizer
 Clean skin with a good cleanser
 Remove dead skin cells
 Healthy amount of exercise (3 session a week, each 30mins to 1 hour)
 Sufficient water intake to your body (8 cups of water a day, 1500ml)

Do not

 Apply excessive pressure on the skin, eg. Scratching, squeezing
 Use bogus cosmetic and skincare products
 Expose your skin to the sun for too much hours
