Acne is an inflammation of the skin. There are many causes of acne, some of which includes:

Moisturize your skin with a good moisturizer
Clean skin with a good cleanser
Remove dead skin cells
Healthy amount of exercise (3 session a week, each 30mins to 1 hour)
Sufficient water intake to your body (8 cups of water a day, 1500ml)
Do not
Apply excessive pressure on the skin, eg. Scratching, squeezing
Use bogus cosmetic and skincare products
Expose your skin to the sun for too much hours
